DEBUT FULL-LENGTH TIMING IS EVERYTHING OUT NOW
"Fast-rising soul-pop quartet" (LA Times) VOXHAUL BROADCAST release the first video from their debut full-length, Timing Is Everything as AOL Spinner premieres the picture for "Going On The 5th" today.
Cameron Matthews from Spinner says, "The album`s opener, `Leaving on the Fifth,` is a melodic opus to serendipitous love and chance meetings. The band layers sonically balanced thumping bass behind the icy-hot melody note and singer David Dennis` yearning vocals."
The picture for `Going on the Fifth` features Sam Buchanan and Matan Grunseit and was directed by Justin Franklin, who notes, "My aspiration was Thomas Edison`s` Serpentine Dance` on hand-tinted film. Its timeless beauty is both psychedelic and romantic. Each choice I made, from position to lenses, had to have one of these elements which, in the end, would get the watcher on an emotional journey, seamlessly interweaving each feeling."
Voxhaul Broadcast begins a spell with Rooney in Minnesota on Friday for two weeks of dates before heading out with The Airborne Toxic Event through May and June.
VB slayed at SXSW with coveted performance slots at Filter Magazine`s Culture Collide, The PureVolume House, BuzzBandsLA & Texas Tornado parties. Todd Martens of the LA Times advanced their Austin run saying, "Keep an eye on Voxhaul Broadcast, who with at least six SXSW shows should awaken many to its friendly and soulful power pop."

Produced by Grammy Award winning producer Tom Biller (Silversun Pickups, Seawolf, Liars), Timing Is Everything captures the ability of the quartet`s live performances while still keeping true to their trademark blend of r&b, rock and soul.
Voxhaul are likewise the recent contributors to THE VOICE PROJECT, a charitable movement run by Anna Gabriel and Hunter Heaney to serve the women of Northern Uganda, and were featured on Last Call With Carson Daly covering Smashing Pumpkins during a spell on the organization.
