She surprised fans and onlookers when she stepped out for Energizer & VH1 Save the Music Foundation`s pop-up event in New York City on Thursday afternoon. The American Idol alum belted out her hits right in the centre of Times Square. She looked cute in a sleeveless, pastel summer dress.

Jordin has been engaged since she landed in NYC. On Tuesday, Jordin stopped by the NBC Studios for an appearance on TODAY to lecture about her home and her new slim figure. She posed with several fans outside the studio and sign autographs before heading to her next event.
